Kaspo Block Fix Bond AG 401
Kaspo Block Fix Bond AG 401 is a factory-prepared blend of carefully selected raw materials, Portland cement, and graded aggregates. This ready-to-mix, self-curing cementitious mortar is engineered for mounting and bonding aerated autoclaved concrete (AAC) blocks, hollow blocks, and bricks delivering mechanical bond and excellent adhesion between blocks at thicknesses up to 12mm, meeting national and international standards.

Directions of Use

Pre-wet the blocks before fixing.

Ensure the mounting surface is clean of laitance and loose material, and free from voids, holes, and cracks.

Gradually add 3 parts of powder to 1 part water (by volume) and mix to a smooth, workable paste. Do not extend pot life by adding extra water.

Allow the mixed paste to stand 3–5 minutes to mature before use.

Apply Block Fix Bond uniformly on both sides of the block joint, checking line and level, and press the block firmly into place to ensure good bonding.

Clean off any excess material immediately.
