Kaspo Flex Putty Bond AG 551
Kaspo Flex Putty Bond AG 551 is a white cement-based wall putty formulated with imported Xtra Long Life Polymers (XLLP), engineered to extend the life of painted surfaces. Purpose-built for professional use on multi-storied buildings and large-scale construction projects, its formulation provides a highly durable base coat that resists flaking and abrasion.

Directions of Use

Mix 20kg of Kaspo Wall Putty with 6–7 litres of clean water to a smooth paste, continuing until uniform consistency is achieved.

Apply the first coat evenly using a flat trowel or putty blade.

After the first coat dries (12–14 hours at 27°C ± 1°C), gently rub the surface with a wet sponge/putty blade to remove loose particles.

Allow a further 12–14 hours drying before applying the second coat.

After the second coat dries, remove any marks with gentle rubbing using a putty blade.

Total thickness of both coats combined should not exceed 2.5mm; always mix only the quantity usable within 2–3 hours.

If needed, level the surface with fine waterproof emery paper (500 grit or finer) for a glossy white finish before painting.

A primer can be applied over Kaspo Wall Putty before coating application, if required.
