Kaspo Silver Bond AG 151
Kaspo Silver Bond AG 151 is an eco-friendly, non-shrinkable, quick-drying polymer adhesive in powder form, purpose-built for fixing vitrified, vitreous, semi-vitreous, and mosaic tiles on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. Its excellent waterproofing ability and self-curing chemistry make it a preferred choice for architects and contractors working toward green building certification.

Suitable Substrates
Substrates must be flat, mechanically sound, and free of loose material, grease, oil, paint, and wax. Cement substrates must not be shrinkage-prone; allow renders to cure at least one week per cm of thickness, and cement screeds a minimum 28-day overall cure. Dampen surfaces that have heated under sunlight before application.

Interior and exterior floor & wall installation of vitrified tiles, vitreous tiles, semi-vitreous tiles, and mosaic tiles over concrete and a variety of substrates.

Directions of Use

Mix with approx. 5.5 litres of water per 20kg bag to a smooth, lump-free paste.

Rest the mix for 5–7 minutes to reach full maturity, then re-stir.

Spread no more than 1 sq.m at a time with a notched trowel; apply a 3mm layer between tile and surface.

Press tile down firmly to squash the adhesive groove.

Wipe surplus adhesive from tile face with a damp cloth.

Leave a minimum 24-hour cure period before grouting.
